Robert won the coin toss (or lost it depending on how you look at it).

Open Mail
See you accounts in the folder pane.
Click on a twisty. The closed twisty still shows.
Open another folder that has subfolders. The open twisty shows.

For some reason top level accounts don't show open twisties. I think this means
that either the empty or open attribute aren't being set correctly (my guess is
the empty one since the open folder gif shows correctly).

Beats me.

Putting debugging into commandglue.js at the start of ToggleTwisty()
shows that the empty/open/container attributes all appear to be set correct.
Looking in the global xul.css at all the titledbutton.twisty rules,
everything seems OK.

Perhaps some weird CSS bug... I can't trace it down to being an RDF bug though.
Back to you, Scott. (Sorry for my feable attempt at figuring this out.)
Target Milestone: M10
Not sure what I'm supposed to do with this. cc hyatt for help. Moving to M10.

This is fixed because waterson noticed that the style rules in xul.css were
written as treeitem [empty="true"] instead of treeitem[empty="true"]. For
whatever reason, that space made a difference on top level folders only.
