[RTL][v2.2 & v3.0][App/Datastore Permissions]The spacing between texts, as well as spacing between text and divider at App Permission view are larger than that in LTR language.

1. Set system language as Arabic.
2. Launch Camera app for the first time.
**The App Permission view will pop up.
3. Observe the spacings of text.

I'm not sure I agree this is a bug. We expect line-height to differ between languages because of the different characteristics - ascenders and descenders, diacritics etc. The result is readable and internally-consistent. I don't think we want to attempt to tweak per language/character set. Ultimately its a UX call though.

In the future, please actually flag UX. That is the only way we can ensure we see requests. Please do not rely on IRC.

I suggest we RESOLVE as INVALID. Spacing does change per language, both horizontally and/or vertically, depending. 

Let me know if I still need to flag Eric on any visual design since Amy is on PTO.
