I'm not sure I agree this is a bug. We expect line-height to differ between languages because of the different characteristics - ascenders and descenders, diacritics etc. The result is readable and internally-consistent. I don't think we want to attempt to tweak per language/character set. Ultimately its a UX call though.

In the future, please actually flag UX. That is the only way we can ensure we see requests. Please do not rely on IRC. I suggest we RESOLVE as INVALID. Spacing does change per language, both horizontally and/or vertically, depending. Let me know if I still need to flag Eric on any visual design since Amy is on PTO.
