could you please add our new PR hire Alex Klepel ([e-mail]) as an editor to our Wordpress blogs?

WordPress isn't finding him in the LDAP system, though I do see him listed in the phone book. Has he officially started at Mozilla yet? 

If he hasn't started then I suspect his LDAP access hasn't been set up yet and I'll just add him as soon as I can. If he has started then this might be a glitch with our new blog host accessing our LDAP system and I'll file an IT bug to investigate.

Via email, it looks like Alex started today so LDAP should be active. I'll keep looking into this and get the blogging account set up as soon as possible.

WordPress still isn't able to find Alex in LDAP. I suspect WPEngine is either unable to connect or is being blocked. I don't know if we've added any other new LDAP users since migrating. I'll file a separate IT bug to get to the bottom of this. Apologies for the delay.

Sorry, this is blocked by bug 1155865. We're unable to add new LDAP users until that's resolved.

Success at last! After some delays and working with WPEngine to sort out some of our LDAP issues we're finally able to add new users. I've given Alex access to all the above blogs with Editor privileges.

@Alex: you can log in at https://blog.mozilla.org/wp-login.php using your LDAP credentials. Once you're in the dashboard for any blog you'll see a "My Sites" menu at the top of the page with a dropdown list of all the different blogs you can edit.
