User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/42.0.2311.90 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce: Ran Ubuntu Software Updater on 14.04.2 on April 15 for both a Thinkpad X200 and a Thinkpad X230T. Started Thunderbird. Expected IMAP accounts to update. Actual results: On two different laptops with the same configuration, IMAP connections refused and timed out. e.g. "Could not connect to mail server email@example.com. The connection was refused". e.g. "Connection to server firstname.lastname@example.org IMAP timed out" (This is on a cPanel mail account). All of the e-mail from April 14 offline is visible. There is no incoming e-mail for April 15 (although it shows up fine on my Nexus 5 phone). Expected results: Thunderbird should receive today's IMAP messages.
No change, after 4 hours. However, after 8 hours (laptops on, but I was away), the messages started flowing in. Weird.
