Details
using 8/10 build of apprunner
1) launch apprunner
2) launch editor
3) Insert image using URL(enter a image with URL)
4) click OK in image dialog.
It should have inserted an image after this simple operation.
It doesn't...something broke it seems..this used to work fine.
all platforms.

worksforme; I get the image... Sujay--can you help me determine what you and I
are doing differently?
okay it works for me now also...but I do see tons
of error messages as I'm typing in the URL in the Image URL field
in the dialog...
