1) Create a new S3 bucket for costing data (or use techops with subdirs if feasible these days) 2) Setup the billing reports to dump to our S3 bucket each day 3) Setup a access controlled instance of Ice on our infra to process/graph the data in that bucket, allowing parsing by tags.

Gah, I need a hand from whomever has the root account we use. "You are not authorized to perform this operation. You are currently signed in as an IAM user that does not have permissions to the requested page." Is that yours Rhelmer?

I think you need lonnen for billing, you already have all the access I can grant :)

Admins have * privs, so I wasn't sure where this was being blocked. Then under billing I found a pref for enabled IAM user access to billing info. "IAM user access to billing information is activated." Should be fixed now.

Other groups managing the overall access have cost management systems in place and in use, and our billing flows to their data.
