Steps to reproduce:
(related request for optimum.net: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1155216)
Thunderbird auto-conf :
optonline.net has launched IMAPS(993), POP3S(995) and SMTPS(465) services at mail.optonline.net on 2015/04/16. Please accept the attached ISPDB autoconf file.
The documentation URLs will be updated at a later point in time (not ready for public release).
We still list ports POP3(110) and SMTP-Submit(587) as fallback services at this time, but STRONGLY desire that only the TLS-enabled ports are presented to the users on setup. If the autoconf process does not discover and suggest the TLS ports first, please remove the cleartext ports.
Actual results:
Auto-conf for TB is using random-guesses for our domains right now, the results vary in an unfavorable way.
Expected results:
Suggest/select secure IMAP or POP3 services for inbound mail (IMAP desired), and secure SMTPS (465) for outbound mail (port 587 as fallback, but does not support STARTTLS at this time).

Is there any way you can host the file yourself at "http://autoconfig.optonline.net/mail/config-v1.1.xml" or "http://optonline.net/.well-known/autoconfig/mail/config-v1.1.xml"? (That way you don't need to wait for us to make changes, which we are clearly slow at… ;)
