Details

The --rerun-failures parameter (which is only exposed via the mach command) was regressed by bug 1150175. It depended on the --test-manifest parameter, which no longer exists. I'll be removing the --rerun-failures argument as part of a general cleanup in the mochitest mach_commands.py file.

This bug tracks re-implementing it in a way that doesn't use the old JSON style manifests.
