Details
I'm running Win 2k with SP2 applied and have Mozilla 0.9.6
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:0.9.6) Gecko/20011120 running.
The browser seems to work fine itself, its just that it won't remember my
settings as in if i hide the sidebar and resize the Window so that the title bar
doesn't get tangled up with my taskbar and then close it down and reopen it , it
will have reverted to how was before with the sidebar showing and the sizing
back to the original.
I'm not sure if the Profile Manager is working in Mozilla and whether or not
it's a Windows problem.
Thanks guys for a nice alternative to Internet Explorer.

Reporter:
Please try "mozilla -profilemanager" and create a new additional test profile.
If this new profile fixed your problem, you can try to repair your old profile.
Delete the file "localstore.rdf" in your old profile (You will loose only window
settings)
