I've noticed that some pages on partners.adobe.com have the following code:

//obsolete browser variable
var sb;
sb=0;
if ( ! document.layers && ! document.all ) {
  sb=1;
 document.write('<TABLE BORDER="0" CELLPADDING="0" CELLSPACING="0"
WIDTH="400" HEIGHT="75" BGCOLOR="#ffffcc"> <TR> <TD VALIGN="middle"
WIDTH="50"><FONT FACE="Verdana,Geneva,Arial,Sans Serif"
SIZE="2">&nbsp;</FONT></TD> <TD><FONT FACE="Verdana,Geneva,Arial,Sans
Serif" SIZE="2">To view these pages properly your browser needs to
support Javascript. This may mean that you need to upgrade to <A

Communicator 4.0</A> or later, or <A

Internet Explorer 4.0</A> or later. Also, In your browser Preferences,
enable JavaScript. Please see our <A HREF="/error/viewing.html">error
page</A> for more information.</FONT></TD> </TR> </TABLE>');
}

Obviously neither document.layers nor document.all exist in Mozilla. I've
e-mailed them, but lacking a better venue, I just sent it to webmaster@adobe.com.

The following page also requires that browser be NN4/IE4.

When I chose a language and press download button, I was redirected
to the page that warned me that I need to have either NN4 or IE4.
still there.
Searching for 'To view these pages properly your browser needs to support
Javascript. site:adobe.com' on Google turns up 712 pages. This search might be
useful when verifying this later if Adobe decides to address the issue.
partners.adobe.com appears to be fixed but the font download still has the
message. will fork a new bug (Bug 194463) for it and will mark this bug fixed.
