I've noticed that some pages on partners.adobe.com have the following code: //obsolete browser variable var sb; sb=0; if ( ! document.layers && ! document.all ) { sb=1; document.write('<TABLE BORDER="0" CELLPADDING="0" CELLSPACING="0" WIDTH="400" HEIGHT="75" BGCOLOR="#ffffcc"> <TR> <TD VALIGN="middle" WIDTH="50"><FONT FACE="Verdana,Geneva,Arial,Sans Serif" SIZE="2"> </FONT></TD> <TD><FONT FACE="Verdana,Geneva,Arial,Sans Serif" SIZE="2">To view these pages properly your browser needs to support Javascript. This may mean that you need to upgrade to <A HREF="/cgi-bin/redirect/cp=hom09pbro?http://www.netscape.com/computing/download/index.html">Netscape Communicator 4.0</A> or later, or <A HREF="/cgi-bin/redirect?http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/">Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0</A> or later. Also, In your browser Preferences, enable JavaScript. Please see our <A HREF="/error/viewing.html">error page</A> for more information.</FONT></TD> </TR> </TABLE>'); } Obviously neither document.layers nor document.all exist in Mozilla. I've e-mailed them, but lacking a better venue, I just sent it to webmaster@adobe.com.

The following page also requires that browser be NN4/IE4. http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/acrrasianfontpack.html When I chose a language and press download button, I was redirected to the page that warned me that I need to have either NN4 or IE4.

Searching for 'To view these pages properly your browser needs to support Javascript. site:adobe.com' on Google turns up 712 pages. This search might be useful when verifying this later if Adobe decides to address the issue.
