Steps to reproduce:
1. Open marketplace-dev.allizom.org in full screen.
2. Click the categories link.
3. Resize the browser window to under 800 px wide.

Expected results:
There are no layout or display issues.

Actual results:
The category section is displayed on the whole page.

Notes/Issues:
Verified in FF40(Win7) in marketplace-dev.allizom.org

Now after clicking on category and resizing the browser, the category section is not opened at all. After clicking on the navigation button the home tab is selected (the category should be selected)

The header and nav aren't expected to be connected. That is fine.
