[l12y][v2.2&2.1][Browser]Arabic:All strings are not translated properly on page, when I enter Unknown Cert Site.

[2.Testing Steps]: 
1. Tap on the "Browser" icon to open the browser app. 
2. Go to http://mozqa.com/webapi-permissions-tests/. 
3. Scroll down and tap on "WebAPI Permissions Tests". 
4. Tap on "Unknown Cert Site" and check all the strings on the page. 


[3.Expected Result]: 
4. All strings are translated properly without truncation. 

[4.Actual Result]: 
4.All strings are not translated properly.

Not for this one, those are actually Gecko strings, so that's a dupe of bug 893802.
