1155638 - After a fake app is installed all apps of the same developer appear installed

Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Load  MP-dev homepage https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/
2. Install any fake app (i.e. Delicios Salad)
3. Make a search after developer's name of the app installed at step #2
4. Observe the apps statuses 

Expected results:
The installed app, has the “Install” button labeled “Open”.

Actual results:
All apps have the “Install” button labeled “Open”.

Notes/issues:
Verified on FF40(Win 7)on MP-dev.

Names were not being generated uniquely, this should fix that:

Leaving this bug open until we re-generate test apps.

I am asking because the logged issue is still reproducing.

Verified as fixed on MP-dev FF41(Win 7) according to the fix from https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1157317#c6
