Save_as 'always ask' checkbox doesn't clear

Details
When D/Ling some filetypes, the 'Always ask for this file type' checkbox fails
to remember it's state - it stays checked the next time. I believe it is somehow
connected with remains of previous installations of NN and probably registry
settings. It happened with .exe files.
Trivial bug: On right-click, the Save Link as and Save Page as have the same
keyboard shortcut.

if you think this particular bug is *not* a duplicate, please provide a
compelling reason, as well as check a recent *trunk* build (on the appropriate
platform[s]), before reopening.
