http://devexpress.com/index.shtm works, but crashes also on a reload

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. goto http://devexpress.com/
2. reload the page

Actual Results:  mozilla crashes

Expected Results:  site should be displayed
WFM. Build ID: 2001 12 15 08. Windows 2000.
Confirming. WFM in yesterday's build, but todays crashes. For me it crashes on
first load. Also, I'm seeing this on Windows 98, so changing OS to ALL. I'm
trying to get a TB incident in, but our proxy is giving me issues.
