Currently, cZ (unlike most other IRC clients) doesn't allow you to minimize it to the tray. Moreover, there doesn't seem to be a tray minimization addon for Firefox/TB that still works with cZ. In order to force chatZilla to the tray, one either has to install separate software like RBTray or just deal with having another program on the taskbar.

Perhaps a checkbox/set of checkboxes could be put into the options menu that would minimize to the tray whenever the close/minimize buttons are clicked.
