Steps to reproduce:

I opened up a Firefox window in Windows Classic theme on Windows 7 and XP and Windows XP Luna, and the sides of the tab have a strange background color.

It appears only if FF is already open and you change the Aero theme to Windows Classic. If you restart FF, the painting is fine. Surely an issue about a bad repainting when the OS theme is changed.

I can vouch for that as I changed from Glass to Classic last night.
