Ack. accidental return, sorry for the spam

While composing a message, I selected a block of text and
pressed delete a couple times in rapid succession to clear
the selected block and a couple blank lines above. At that
point, I lost my cursor. Attempted to type a couple of
additional characters and got no response. Moved mouse out
of the window and it remained the text entry bar.

I popped up task manager. It reported that mozilla was using
99% of the cpu and was sucking up a meg of memory every 2-3
seconds. No debug tools available, no talkback crash.

Build:2001121403 Win32

Summary: Hard Lock - 100% cpu and sucking memory during message composition → Hard Lock - 99% cpu and sucking memory during mail message composition

Joe might know something about this one....Joe, this could be side effect
of that rules deletion change you made.
This is already fixed on trunk and 097 branch as of last night.
