A Directory Tile for the Mass Surveillance campaign (website for users to learn more will be available approximately around May 1st). 

Jess Klein took a stab at design: https://redpen.io/ob285439f46e2e0f5e

Need to make sure that we change the CTA to "Learn more here" or something to that effect since we are not pointing them to the petition directly. 

Also need to make sure it fits within attached specs:
>File format: PNG 32 or high-quality JPEG
>Dimensions: 580 wide x 360 high (72 dpi)
>Creative guidelines: Keep images and text simple.

One Q our developer had was whether it was technically possible to include the "following eye" behavior that is currently on the snippet. If that's possible, our dev can work with the team to build that behavior into the tile. Otherwise, these designs are for a typical "button" type behavior with hover.
