here is a message with capital accented chars in the Subject
*** observed with 2001-12-17 build ****
Steps to reproduce:
- compose a message with capital accented chars ( i used CZ alphabet);
- send message to your test account;
- get message and note that the capital accented chars in the subject header of
the mail body have no space to be rendered correcrtly, screen shot to follow.

This appears to be better with current builds: both Modern and Classic themes under Seamonkey, and the default TB theme, have an extra pixel-width of background between the letter tops and the bottom of the border.
