Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:34.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/34.0 Build ID: 20150402191859 Steps to reproduce: Middle click (scroll wheel click) a link to open it in a new tab. Actual results: A new tab opens. The tab title remains "New Tab." If I switch to that tab, the address bar is populated with the correct target URL. However, no attempt was made to actually load the target URL. I have to manually switch focus into the address bar and hit Enter in order to load the page. This behavior is intermittent and I'm unable to reproduce intentionally; it is not specific to any particular website. The bug was not observed in any versions prior to 37.0.1, and began happening after upgrading to 37.0.1. Expected results: A new tab opens and the target URL is immediately loaded.
Additional note: I have the following add-ons installed; the bug persists even with all of them disabled. CanvasBlocker 0.1.4 Classic Theme Restorer 1.3.0 Ghostery 5.4.3 Google search link fix 1.4.9 HTTPS-Everywhere 5.0.2 Self-Destructing Cookies 0.4.7 User Agent Switcher 0.7.3 Microsoft .NET Framework Assistant 0.0.0 (disabled)
Hi stefano, Are you still having this issue? Are there any URLs in particular that are causing this to happen? Thanks.
