Steps to repoduce on the browser goto 

quality.mozilla.org on your phone and select events 

https://quality.mozilla.org/events/

you get the drop down menu for the mobile site and thats whats causing it

Here's a better screenshot (kind of tricky to get a screenshot of the problem because the menu closes when the cursor moves away from it). The menu should be in front of the event sorting controls. 

This is a problem with z-index in the CSS, it's an easy fix.

This was fixed with https://github.com/mozilla/quality.mozilla.org/commit/b7ece5ef06abd192cc669d36f13e1d0cd3f88f52 and deployed to production.
