Details

1. Open the help drop down menu Expected results: should have all items on help menu (I think it's help contents that is missing) Actual Results: first menu item is blank Build on win xp is 2001121703
OS:ALL . mac has more problems. I see "Blank menu Item" for almost all items. Teri, pls check on linux as well. Thx!

Don Bragg is working on this now, I think. Help missed out on some versioning info (localeVersion 0.9.6->0.9.7), and so the content and other localized stuff is not showing up. We ought to see this fixed in a day or two.
I just checked in the localeVersion=0.9.7 fix.
