Steps to reproduce:

1. Create 2 bookmark folders on the same level.
2. Go to the menu bar -> Bookmarks and hover one of the created bookmark folders until the submenu opens.
3. Move the mouse to the other bookmark folder and quickly make a right click on it.


Actual results:

The context menu opens and closes immediately.


Expected results:

The context menu should stay open.

I was able to reproduce this on Nightly 46. I choose "Bookmarks and History" as component. If you think it should be on another component please fell free to change it.
