When we scan for new files, we should detect also .jpg files that can be used as cover art for albums and set them for the covert art if applicable.

The user case: we have music without album art. We copy a 'cover.jpg' to the SD card. We should notice it and take it into account.

The problem with doing this is that it means, for albums that have no art, we'll have to scan for external album art every single time the music app opens. While we could probably do this in a separate step from the main scan, it's still a fair amount of unnecessary work to check for something that will only rarely change. If the much-discussed improvements to deviceStorage happen (that would prevent us from having to actually check the filesystem for new files), this might be doable, though.
