Our first pass at the badges app will have the single list view that displays all badges that are collected by the user.

I am guessing that achievements would be displayed similarly to the way we display apps/addons/etc in other Spark apps. I'm not entirely sure if we need detail view at this point, since the information that the badges convey is: icon, name and short description.
