Description: When zooming in on a desktop website such as youtube, or USA today, the UI of the webpage will all zoom in separatley. This will cause buttons to overlap and become unselectable. There is no way to scroll the webpage to navigate when some of the UI boxes take up the screen space Repro Steps: 1) Update a Flame to 20150421010201 2) Open Browser app 3) Navigate to desktop site of YouTube, or USA today 4) Zoom in on the webpage> observe UI Actual: The UI zooms in separatley and causes overlapping Expected: The wepage and the UI all zooms in at the same time, much like Environmental Variables: Device: Flame 3.0 (319mb)(Kitkat)(Full Flash) Build ID: 20150421010201 Gaia: a8e4f95dce9db727dda5d408b038f97fb4296557 Gecko: 7b823253d9f2 Gonk: b83fc73de7b64594cd74b33e498bf08332b5d87b Version: 40.0a1 (3.0) Firmware Version: v18D-1 User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Mobile; rv:40.0) Gecko/40.0 Firefox/40.0 Repro frequency: 10/10 See attached: Logcat, Video - https://youtu.be/TTPfQoZ6PzM

This is a common problem with desktop sites that use fixed-position elements. There's not much we can do in gecko except implement bug 656036. Alternatively we can ask tech evangelism to reach out the website owners and not use fixed-position elements, or to disable zooming.
