Description:
If the user pulls down from the top of the screen in a Full Screen app (Gallery, Camera, Video), the Rocketbar will draw lower than the status bar, overlapping elements of the app.

Tapping on this Rocketbar will expand the text field out, but will not gain text entry focus, or bring up the keyboard.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20150421010201
2) Launch the Gallery app
3) Perform a pull down edge gesture from the top of the screen

Actual:
The Rocketbar 'Search the Web' field will draw on screen below the Status Bar, overlapping the application beneath it.

Expected:
The Rocketbar 'Search the Web' field draws at it's proper place on the Status Bar.

This issue does NOT occur on Flame 2.2
The Rocketbar 'Search the Web' field draws at it's proper place on the Status Bar.

This issue is verified fixed on Flame Master.

Result: No graphic errors are found when pulling down the status bar in Gallery app.
