Reproducible on: Firefox 40.0a1 using Windows 7-64bit and Ubuntu 14.04 32-bit

STR
1.Launch Firefox with clean profile.
2.Go to: https://addons.mozilla.org/ro/firefox/addon/adblock-plus/
3.Click "Add to Firefox" green button
4.Wait a few seconds until the add-on is downloaded and verified
5.Right click (or scroll click) on “Learn More” link from the install confirmation doorhanger.

ER
Right click and scroll click commands open “Learn more” link in a new tab.

AR 
Nothing happens on right/scroll click commands. 

Additional notes:
- This issue is reproducible on Firefox 40.0a1 (2015-04-21) using Windows 7 64-bit and Ubuntu 14.04 32-bit
- No errors are thrown in browser console
- The "Learn more" Sync link from the confirmation doorhanger does not have the same behavior, it successfully opens the “Learn more” page in a new tab on right click and scroll click commands ( http://i.imgur.com/zl3w6rO.jpg )

That's expected behavior.

That's a bug.
