[Flame][v2.2&v3.0][Dialer]The call information page can be slided left and right if the custom phone tag is too long.

[2.Testing Steps]: 
1. Launch Contacts
2..Create a contact with a long custom phone tag.
3. Call this contact.
4. Launch Dialer and switch to Call log page.
5. Long press the call log, select Call information.
6. Try to slide from left and right.

[3.Expected Result]: 
6. The call information page coundn't be slided left and right.

Hi Sebastien,
   I think the expected behavior should be that if the string in custom tag filed is too long, the part which exceeds the filed should be displayed as ellipsis.
