[l10n][v2.1&v2.2][Settings]Spanish:Launch Settings and enter "Fixed Dialing Numbers" view, the "Fixed Dialing Numbers" is displayed with truncation.

[2.Testing Steps]: 
1.Set your phone language to Spanish.
2.Insert one or two SIM cards in DUT.
3.Launch Settings and select "Call settings".
4.Select SIM1/SIM2 -> tap "Fixed Dialing Numbers".

[3.Expected Result]: 
4.The "Fixed Dialing Numbers" should not be displayed with truncation in "Fixed Dialing Numbers" view.

There was a translation inconsistency here between v2.1 and v2.2. Unified both and used "Núm. de marcación fija". This should solve this issue, hopefully!

Hi Lancy,

If you look at the screenshots, you can see the UI copy is exactly the same —"Núm. de marcación fija"— in both v2.1 and v2.2. So, I really don't know the reason why it appears truncated in v2.1, while it looks good in v2.2.

I'm thinking given the header gives context and only a couple letters truncate, that this is still understandable though. I'll let UX decide though on this one.

Let's not flag firefoxOS UX on this one, and put 2.1 as wont fix. I think that given the context with header this is still understandable. Also, this is not a widely used screen. thanks
