Firefox Nightly 40.0a1 20150421 on Windows 8.1

After downloading a partial update from the 'About Firefox' dialog, I get the billboard with an update offer later which 'resumes' the partial update to full and fails (also breaking the button to restart in 'About Firefox'). I was only able to reproduce the issue in a profile which always starts in private browsing mode, but not always (the billboard sometimes doesn't show up). In normal mode, I haven't yet seen the billboard offered while Firefox is waiting for the restart.

The UI that caused this is no longer used by Firefox. If you can still reproduce please reopen this bug or add a comment that you can still reproduce. Thanks!
