Currently the raptor-tester docker image is only used to run the launch test on the emulator. Expand the raptor-tester docker image to also support running the raptor b2g-restart test. The requested test type (i.e. launch or restart) will be received as an env variable from the TC task.

Modify the raptor-tester docker image entrypoint to accept the actual name of the raptor test to run, therefore the image won't have to be updated in the future for each new raptor test that we wish to bring into production.
