Mono Video Tile - Copy & Design

Requesting a design for a Mono Video Tile that links to a landing page featuring the Mono video.

Ideally, we would have 2 versions -- these tiles will be seen by users up to 5 times per day. We don't yet know the effect this will have and therefore we may need to refresh the graphic quickly.

Two states per Tile design:
1) default (initial state)
2) rollover (user scrolls over image)

Tile will link to a landing page the host the Mono video. To be provided.
