[1.Description]:
[Nexus 5 v2.2&v3.0][Camera]It will create a "*.3gp" file while it failed to record the video.

Happen time: 5:05 AM

[2.Testing Steps]: 
1. Launch Camera and switch to Camcorder mode
2. Press Record button
3. Press Stop button immediately while it records 00:01
4. Repeat step 2&3 till the error appears(Video not recorded. An error prevented Camera from recording the video)
5. Launch Music app, switch to Songs tab

[3.Expected Result]: 
5. It should not create a "*.3gp" file while it failed to record the video.

[4.Actual Result]: 
5. There is a video file listed in Music.

I was able to reproduce this on my nexus 5. I tweaked the patch in bug 1152500 to fix this case as well (in addition to issues with the record button mashing, in turns out 1000ms is too short to assume a file is corrupt; better to always check the file and drop those whose metadata doesn't check out).
