Those are all from one site, and I think we can roll them up into a single line without any loss of information.
I don't see the links to the source in your screenshot, which I can see in such messages locally. When the source location of the warning is the same, the console does combine them in a single message with a red counter next to it. What version of Firefox is this?
I'm on current nightly, and I can reproduce this reliably by looking at Bugzilla or Twitter. It looks like once-per-resource doesn't roll up, even if it's all on the same domain. You're right that the source links (all different) had scrolled off the side of the page in the screenshot.
