Description:
Marketplace is adding Mobile Optimized Websites (MOWs) to Marketplace.  These will be websites.  We have defined several phases, the first two are Preload of data, and then more features based on contributions of the community.

I would like a legal and privacy review to review:
1. the information we collect about sites
2. the information we will collect about contributors and privacy
3. best practices guide
4. report an issue (procedure)

We also plan to add more personalization to the experience, much like we do about recommended apps, but would need to collect information from the user.  This is projected for later this year, but would be good to start this discussion as we are planning it.
