Details
When building a beta version from m-r, it seems that we need to run beta2release_l10n.sh to get the correct locales. We should run it as part of release runner.

I really don't think it's worthwhile to integrating this with release runner just for the sake of a few more betas. If we're going to continue to do this sort of thing for "spring" releases going forward, we should find a better process than shipping betas from the release repo.

And to be clear: my alternative would be to have someone (hopefully the person who is about to kick off the release), run this instead.

OK, a check that this has been done + an error email would be better?
Summary: When building a beta version from m-r, need to call beta2release_l10n.sh → release runner should send an email if beta2release_l10n.sh has not been run
