Steps to reproduce the problem:

o Using 4.x to create a bunch of folders
o Launch 5.0, using Imap, select Inbox to discover all folders
o Shutdown the 5.0 app
o Using 4.x to delete some folders
o Relaunch 5.0, select Inbox
o Notice that the deleted folders still shows
Instead of deleting, you should be able to just unsubscribe, right? It makes an
easier test case...
Do we need to do this for M9, or can we do this in M10?

OK using:
1999092308m11 linux 6.0
1999092409m11 mac OS 8.51 and NT 4.0

Works for basics. Noticed some cases which I'll investigate further and report
as separate issues.
