With modern UI apps being integrated into the desktop environment in Windows 10, full screen (as opposed to maximized) becomes a more prominent concept on that platform. This mode is particularly important on hybrids and other touch-enabled devices.

We should use this opportunity to improve our full screen experience on Windows (which essentially hasn't changed since XP). Perhaps we can revisits some of the ideas we had for Fx Metro, but that shouldn't be our only approach.
