[B2G][Camera] Spinner stuck after returning to camera app from picture preview

Details
STR on flame -- only happens on 2.2 but the bug in theory exists on master:
1) Open camera app, take a picture
2) Open picture preview
3) Share via email (not setup)
4) Cancel setting up an account
5) Expand options menu (Open Gallery, Delete)
6) Cancel and hit back arrow
7) Camera preview is working but now shows the spinner which never leaves

Hm I focused too much on the flash issue in bug 1157163. Did not click the STR also includes the spinner as a problem :).
Status: ASSIGNED → RESOLVED
