1158368 - Put "bubble" infographic template back on Security issue page

There must have been a regression or faulty copy-paste but the Security issue (https://shapeoftheweb.mozilla.org/trust/security) isn't using the right template anymore. If should be using the same as Government Surveillance (https://shapeoftheweb.mozilla.org/trust/governmentSurveillance).

So the same infographic on both government surveillance and speed?

Security (not speed) should use the same template as Government surveillance should use the same template.

Check the content recap (column P-Q) when in doubt: https://docs.google.com/a/mozilla.com/spreadsheets/d/1m_nYN0ZNkq8CqZjkxk__7d0qppKP9w11pxFu-NotNnM/edit#gid=1129696918. I think I refer to it as the surveillance template in there although we should consider renaming it "flow chart" or "bubble chart" imo.

So, we are retiring the cloud security (the photo leaks headlines) one completely, or is that going to go on another issues?
