I've been seeing the occastional crash in nsHTMLEditor::GetSelectedElement,
which crashes at the final

    NS_ADDREF(*aReturn);

because *aReturn is null.

This happens when clicking randomly in the editor document, so I can't
pin down the exact conditions.
