Steps to reproduce:

My config: Thunderbird 1:31.6.0+build1-0ubuntu0.14.04.1, Lightning 3.3.3 and DavMail 4.6.1-2343.
When i accept an (Exchange/Outlook) appointment / meeting, the notification mail to the organizer is stored in the Drafts folder.



Actual results:

The notification mail is stored in Drafts folder.


Expected results:

The notification mail should be stored in the Sent folder.
This sounds to me like the message transport failed. Have you checked, whether the organizer received your reply? Have you been offline when accepting the invitation? Do expirienced this only once or more often?
