Key dates:
    - Beta (38) sign-offs for new locales must be complete by 23 Apr.
    - Beta (38) sign offs must be completed before 30 Apr.
    - Aurora (39) sign offs must be completed before 10 May.
    - Firefox 38 releases 12 May.
    - Firefox 38.1 (Spring Release) releases 2 June.

Remember that the schedule for the next few cycles is going to be odd. Here are the basics:
- March 30 - May 11 -- Firefox 38 will spend six weeks in Beta. Pootle will have a Beta project enabled for additional l10n testing and editing.
- April 20th -- String freeze for all spring release marketing materials (will need some more days to have material available for translation).
- May 12 -- Fx38 will go to release. Spring release (fx38.1) features and fxios will have three more weeks for testing and stability.
- 2 June -- Spring release (38.1)!
- May 11 - June 29 -- This cycle will be 7 weeks in order to catch up to the regular schedule after cutting the Fx38 in Aurora cycle short by one week.

Features:
    - Approximately 145 new string changes landed in Firefox Aurora desktop (39) and 27 for Fennec Aurora exclusively (unshared).
    - 13% of desktop string changes are related to devtools. 11% are related to add-ons. 11% are related to Firefox Hello and 11% are related to new tabs and new prefs. Please see https://wiki.mozilla.org/Features/Release_Tracking#Likely_in_Firefox_39 for more info.
    - 55% of Fennec strings changes are related to doorhanger, password management, and prefs. 23% are related to tab queues. Please see https://wiki.mozilla.org/Mobile/Roadmap#Firefox_39:_.28Beta.29 for more info.
    - We're still tracking some pre-landing strings for 39. Will keep you informed.
    - The primary feature for the spring release will be an enhanced sync and reading list feature to facilitate a user's ability to sync their Firefox usage across multiple platforms (see https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1127445 and https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1138738 for more info about the Reading List feature in both Firefox and Fennec).
    - In addition to Firefox and Fennec, Firefox for iOS will launch it's first version with the spring release. If you have not yet opted in to localize it, please file a bug and CC me and flod.

Korean's plural rule is 0, so I think we can't remove this warning. Or is there are way to force change plural rule for specific entities?

I think it's not critical, but just let you know...
