Steps to reproduce:

Use the swipe gesture on my trackpad and the try to scroll with two fingers


Actual results:

Scrolling with the two finger gesture doesn't work (started with today's nightly 40.0a1 (2015-04-26))


Expected results:

Scrolling should work.
I can't reproduce this behavior anymore. I will report back if it happens again and try to be more precise regarding what's triggering it.
