User Story

[user story] As a contributor, I'd like to invite users to share their screen

Acceptance Criteria:
* Every question has button above the "Mark as spam" button, that says "invite to share screen"
** This button is only visible for people in the "buddyUp" group
* Clicking the the "invite to share screen" button does the following:
** A message is posted into the thread with the username of the user clicking the button. The message says "I invited [username] to a screen sharing session, and I'll give an update here once we are done."
** The "/messages/new" screen is opened and the "to" field is pre-filled with the username of the thread starter. The body is pre-filled with:

This is a meta bug to implement a MVP to test whether screen sharing is a useful tool to add to the toolbox of contributors in the support forum. It's part of the BuddyUp for Desktop project [1]. The intention is to automate as little as possible and as much as necessary to test the assumptions laid out in the project plan. The flow itself is the one named "alternative flow: manual" [1] https://docs.google.com/a/mozilla.com/document/d/1jAzv9blz3SnDK9tUQi3mzAh7KSlemrdT0gFcTRsrFtw/edit# Several steps are necessary as I file this bug: * Review of the acceptance criteria * Review of wording * Providing the text of the private message sent to users Mike, this needs to be ready by May 21st. If we can break this down into smaller parts, please start by adding up to 3pts to sprint 2015.8, and feel free to replace this user story bug in the sprint by the actual implementation bugs.

I see this as 2 parts that SUMO dev needs to implement. 1) The ability to pre-fill the body of the PM field. 2) The button to post an answer in the question, stating that a screen share invite is being sent, and also to load the PM form. I have some assumptions, that I will lay out here to be clear: * The PM and the "I invited [user]..." message should both be localized into the language of the forum the question was posted in. * The message in the thread should be a normal Answer with the creator field marked as the helper. These simplify a few things, and let me get started on this right away. Please let me know if they are not true.
