I received some piece of feedback from a Linux user earlier today, and he said he didn't like the DevEdition theme since it didn't feel integrated enough to the Linux titlebar.

I think it's worth porting the Windows changes to Linux and experiment with that.

I don't know.  Sounds like they want it to look similar to the Windows theme.  Needinfo? for UX help

Huh? Windows theme is a failure, see bug 1208616. Navigation Toolbox should have the same background
as it has in maximized mode, so Linux theme is the only solution and this bug isn't required

We don't control the entire window frame on Linux. Not sure there is anything we can do here.

Dão, do you know if this is still relevant on Linux for the light/dark and other webextension themes?

I feel like this is probably a WONTFIX, but I don't use Linux, so I'd rather leave this to you :)

We now support tabs in the title bar on Linux, in which case we control the background. With the native title bar enabled we don't control the background. I think we're good here.
