Current window loses focus and previous window appears on screen after quicklaunch is disabled

steps
1 Launch browser
2 If, quicklaunch is disabled, enable it from Edit->Advanced menu
3 Have two browser windows open, have focus in one, keep the other in background
4 Right click in the "N" icon in the system tray and select "Disable
QuickLaunch"
5 Observe that the current window goes in the bkgrnd and the previous window is
on top
expected: Windows should not switch order and I should still see the current
window.

Quicklaunch/Turbo Mode is no longer supported in Seamonkey 2 and Seamonkey1.X is in the maintenance mode (fixing only security bugs)
