Details
Searching on MDN should be essentially case insensitive (although perhaps there are use cases for case-sensitive search, I don't know what they are). For instance, searching MDN for "addeventlistener" (in all lower-case) has terrible results. The main document for this is https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/EventTarget/addEventListener but this search results in that page not showing up until #14 -- halfway down the second page of the results. That's a terrible user experience, and is essentially hiding the proper documentation from the user, who has every reason to expect the doc to be on the first page.
